One of our main pillars is the education and integration of the new generation into the organisation.
We already keep organising site visits for secondary schools, and we are also working on getting involved in the newly regulated dual training.
We have been running an internship program for university students for several years, including veterinary medicine, agricultural engineering, logistics and trade majors. Students can choose between our locations. After getting to know and trying several areas, they have the opportunity to join us as employees after completing their studies.
You can join Hunland from few weeks long internships to summer internships lasting several weeks, or as a student in dual training.
